3. Why do we collect this data and on what legal basis?
We process the personal data described above for the following purposes:

6. Subprocessors and international transfers
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Submissions made through our contact form are processed and stored by Netlify on our behalf, and basic technical request data is logged by Netlify for the purposes of delivering and securing the site. Netlify acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Addendum.
Because Netlify is established in the United States, hosting and form processing involves a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- Contact form submissions and direct correspondence: up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with you, after which they are deleted, unless a longer retention is required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Technical hosting logs: retained for the period set by our hosting provider, typically a short rolling window.
